Shipping costs vary accordingly with the items purchased and the total price for shipping will be calculated when you proceed to the checkout, this amount will be displayed before you decide to commit to a purchase. Shipping prices will vary according to your minimum spend, the destination and the size of an item to post.
International Shipping is shipping for any countries outside of the United Kingdom.
Downloadable Products will not need to be posted and therefore incur no shipping costs.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We use Royal Mail as our main shipping service and we will do our upmost to try and post items out to customers within 3-5 working days. In some cases such as the majority of products that are commissioned we include a tracking service and you should be notified via email or other means as to when the item has been dispatched.
Commissioned work will need to be produced after purchase and a deadline needs to be agreed and arranged in advance to ensure we can complete your delivery in the desired timescale.
Please contact email@example.com should you have any special requirements for delivery times and shipping, these would have to be agreed and arranged in advance of your purchase if they differ from the standard shipping policy we use.
For items delivered within the U.K we use:
U.K Royal Mail Second Class post – delivery in 2-3 working days from dispatch date
For commissioned items we use:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – delivery aim 48 hours from dispatch date
For International items we use:
Royal Mail International Standard
- Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days
- Worldwide delivery aim: 6-7 working days
If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us with the email firstname.lastname@example.org providing your name, order number and full address in the email and we will do our very best to contact Royal Mail on the same or next working day from when we receive your email. After understanding what has happened to your item we will arrange the necessary compensation or re delivery accordingly with Royal Mail. To arrange such a claim you will need be in contact with us within 28 days of ordering your item.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a card at your delivery address letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. Here you will find details of how to arrange a new delivery or where to collect your item. If you cannot obtain your item from the Royal Mail it may be returned to us in which case we will have to charge for the new shipping costs to post the item again.
Check your card in detail and remember to collect the item within a certain date as shown on the card to avoid any inconvenience.
